ADA, Okla. (KTEN) — A newly-remodeled facility in Ada, Oklahoma, is home to a job readiness program that's leading the state.

This week, another workshop is underway to keep that momentum going.

The team at Work Ready Oklahoma continues to welcome participants looking to build job skills and take the next step forward.

Their workshops focus on employment readiness, personal development, and connecting people with real opportunities.

"You see the difference when you're helping people get better jobs," said program director Cassie Burrows. "It's just an impact that you see every day in your community."

With a 100 percent retention rate and more than 120 people served this past year, this Ada program says it's going to help locals get the jobs they deserve.
