As we transition to a 2-instructor Cosmetology program, Pontotoc Technology Center is accepting applications for a Cosmetology Instructor. This person will provide performance-based instruction, according to assigned classes, using current instruction material and techniques combined with innovative ideas. Cosmetology License, Cosmetology Instructor’s License and high school diploma required; BS Degree preferred; similar employment for 3 of last 5 years and be able to qualify for T&I teaching certificate through ODCTE.

Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for the quality of service, coaching, training, development, and work production of all assigned staff. The Manager is committed to achieving all programmatic goals and objectives outlined in the Work Ready Oklahoma (WRO) contract and ensuring that the local WRO site provides high-quality services and that the program is in alignment with the WRO mission. This position will work closely with the Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) provider to coordinate monthly workshops and delivery of the WRO curriculum. Administrative & Program Support

The Administrative and Program Support role is responsible for the administrative operations of the WRO Employment Center, data entry, and organizational tasks. This individual will work closely with the local leadership team to perform multifaceted, time-sensitive functions to ensure that projects are organized and completed effectively and in a timely fashion. The position requires strong attention to detail, organization, critical thinking, confidentiality, and dependability. This position will be responsible for providing reports and data to the WRO central office. Additionally, this person may join in program activities with participants during peak training times. Employment and Job Coach

The Employment and Job Coach is responsible for identifying and developing meaningful partnerships with businesses and employers for the Work Ready Oklahoma (WRO) program and coaching participants to employment success using goal-directed strategies. This role will support the management of job fairs and work with the TTA provider to manage outreach efforts. The Coach is also responsible for supporting WRO participants’ remote work requirements, including interviews, on-boarding, and job coaching.
