Drone Racing League Kick Off
Recently, PTC received a grant to begin a drone racing league in our Information Technology program. The grant provides kits for building four drones. Students will build, program, and fly drones in competition to learn a wide variety of skills including mechanical/technical building, programming, troubleshooting, and drone piloting skills. The video shows IT Student, Nathaniel Crowell, testing one of our drones this morning. We have a long way to go to build the course and the drones, but look forward to an early Spring season of competition!
