For the order to process you must select one of the logo options. If you submit your order without one selected, it will be delayed or cancelled.

Your order will be for the color and logo you choose, these are for example only.

Q. I forgot my login and/or password. What do I do?

A. The quickest and easiest way to find your login and password information is to search your school email account for the store welcome email. It would have come from the email address: "CatalogSupport@cleanuniform.com" If you can't find that message, email ahuckeby@pontotoctech.edu with the subject line: "Online Store Login Request." Mr. Huckeby will ask the vendor to resend your welcome email. This may take hours or even days, so your patience is appreciated.

Q. Does PTC make a profit from online store sales?

A. No, PTC does not make a profit from the sale of items through this online store. To keep costs as low as possible, all items in the store are priced at cost.

Q. How long does it take to get my order?

A. Our vendor estimates approximately two weeks for the order to be produced and shipped. However, there could be delays for a variety of reasons (including stock deliver to the vendor being delayed). Another way we are able to keep prices down is the vendor does not keep in stock large quantities of items. They order them as they are needed, so sometimes there's a delay.

Q. Can I return items or what if I have a problem with my order?

A. Since the items are customized, most items cannot be returned. Before you order, be sure to know your size! However, if the quality of the item isn't correct or the item is damaged, our vendor will replace the item with the exactly product ordered at no cost to you. The customer service information is located in the footer of the store's website. The vendor is a 3rd party provider and not directly affiliated with Pontotoc Technology Center. Therefore, use the store at your own risk.

Q. What if the store's customer service isn't responsive or I don't agree with their reply?

A. You can email your concerns/complaint to the PTC Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Adam Huckeby at ahuckeby@pontotoctech.edu. Be sure to include all relevant details.
